Loews Coronado Bay Resort has had the pleasure to work with Arnold & Associates for projects encompassing our exterior hotel facade and the resurfacing of our pool deck. Through the completion of both projects, we found Arnold & Associates to be experienced, resourceful, and to represent the best interests of our resort.
Our Engineering Department has worked with Senior Consultant Mike Cogburn for several years, benefitting significantly from his expert coordination, communication, and architectural knowledge. Mike and the team at Arnold & Associates are dedicated to ensuring that project work is completed on time and within the framework of the budget. Our team is appreciative of their problem solving, negotiation skills, and ability to liaison on behalf of our business.

I wanted to extend my gratitude for the team work that was shared by the CPS team and Arnold & Associates, Inc. The entire team left the building so much better than when they arrived in March. We want to extend a special thank you to Frank and Leta for their work to ensure that our timelines continued to move ahead, even finding more and more work to do. We believe that due to their efforts, we minimized the displacement and the work they did improved the asset. We moved thru the OOO rooms to optimize our summer revenues. The entire team did their best to help us mitigate losses. We have had an extremely busy year, 6 months of which we spent with Frank and the CPS team. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Arnold Associates on our Corporate Capital infrastructure projects for the past fifteen years. The team is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the building envelop systems and has provided new innovated products and solutions that can be applied to a structure.
Their pre-construction and project meetings have always been well orchestrated and have included the appropriate stakeholders to ensure nothing is overlooked by either the client or contractors.
